Yes. ID Analyzer provides a free plan with 100 monthly API credits at no cost. You can test all features including document OCR, biometric face verification, liveness detection, and AML screening before upgrading to a paid plan.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time through the Web Portal. When upgrading, you'll receive additional API quota immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online subscriptions. For enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and invoicing. Contact our sales team for custom payment arrangements.
You can optionally enable excess usage in your account settings. When enabled, API calls beyond your monthly quota are billed at a per-transaction rate. When disabled, API calls will stop once quota is reached until the next billing cycle.
No. All plans are subscription-based with no long-term commitments. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and yearly plans offer a 25% discount with the flexibility to cancel auto-renewal before your next billing cycle.
